A truck carrying 90,000 pounds of cement crashed into a guard-rail, spilling some of its cargo onto a resident’s lawn. The driver, Edward Edick, 47, of Lowellville, swerved to avoid a car that had pulled out in front of him while he was heading west on State Route 104 early Tuesday morning.
