Thruway reopens in Catskills after truck wreck spills explosives (The Journal News)
SAUGERTIES – A tractor-trailer that spilled a cargo of blasting caps when it rolled over on Interstate 87 this morning, was cleared about 9 a.m. after closing the roadway in both directions more than three hours.
