Border Patrol agents assigned to the Laredo North station rescued 10 illegal immigrants from a smuggling attempt Tuesday.Agents working at the checkpoint on Interstate 35 north of Laredo conducted a routine immigration inspection on a tractor-trailer that drove into the facility late Tuesday night.
