Merger acquisition of CFI complete (The Joplin Globe)
With Contract Freighters Inc. and Con-way Inc. tractor-trailer rigs parked nose to nose Friday, CFI President Herb Schmidt announced the completion of the $750 million deal for the merger of the two companies.
