TROUTVILLE, Va. (AP) – Virginia State Police say a Roanoke man was killed in a crash at an Interstate 81 rest stop. Police say a cargo van driven by 60-year-old Donald Weeks slid under the back of a tractor-trailer parked at the rest area yesterday morning.
