Vehicle spilled diesel fuel, load of car batteries The Jones Falls Expressway has reopened Wednesday morning after authorities removed the last of dozens of car batteries that spilled on the northbound lanes of the highway near Cold Spring Lane when a tractor-trailer overturned Tuesday evening.
