U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the World Trade Bridge took down a load of 671 pounds of cocaine valued at $21.6 million Tuesday.The contraband was hidden inside a 2001 White International tractor hauling a refrigerated trailer with a shipment of diffusers that was driven by a 41-year-old Mexican citizen from Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
