ATTLEBORO - A tractor-trailer hauling orange juice and chocolate milk tipped over on the Interstate 295 South off-ramp to Interstate 95 South early Friday morning, spilling several crates of the drink products, forcing the shutdown of both directions of I-295 for a few hours and tying up area traffic for several more hours.
