A Caldwell man was sentenced to prison Wednesday in St. Francis County Circuit Court action. Jerry Lee Smithee, 34, of Caldwell, was given five years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for theft of property over $2,500 and five years for possession of a firearm by certain persons.
