Truck explodes after collision in Mexico (Los Angeles Times)

Dozens are killed, many after rushing to the Coahuila state crash scene to help. The cargo was described as dynamite or fertilizer. — More than two dozen people were killed and scores more injured when a trailer truck hauling several tons of highly combustible chemicals exploded after colliding with another truck in the state of Coahuila in northern Mexico, officials reported Monday.

Aspen: No mistaking this SUV (Lowell Sun)

Everyone’s making much of the Aspen moniker “coming back,” and I’d like to clear that up. First off, the car named Aspen and produced from 1976 to 1980 was a Dodge, not a Chrysler. It was a moderately-priced compact that replaced the Dodge Dart and was ultimately supplanted by the K-Car.
